At Fabric Wholesale Direct, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, uncut condition. Please note that custom cut orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold and pack the uncut fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the fabric to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
